1. Basic Policy
1.1. The following operational policy (hereinafter referred to as the 'Operational Policy') applies to the Inflinker program operated in Vietnam by Everstar Global JSC. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'). All users, including Inflinker applicants, selected influencers, supporters, and any other users (hereinafter referred to as 'Users') of the Inflinker program are responsible for carefully reviewing and complying with the operational policy.
1.2. The company may modify the operational policy to ensure stable service provision. In the event of any modifications, the company will notify users through the Inflinker homepage or the official Super Girls Battle community. Users are responsible for carefully reviewing the company's operational policy and announcements to ensure trouble-free usage. The company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from users' failure to adhere to or violation of the operational policy and announcements.
1.3. Influencers receive sponsorship points (hereinafter referred to as 'LK') from game users (hereinafter referred to as 'supporters') based on their activities.
1.4. This operational policy may be revised within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations. In the event of changes to the operational policy, the company will notify users at least 7 days in advance from the effective date of the amended operational policy (30 days in advance for revisions that are disadvantageous to users or involve significant matters) through official community channels, in-game notifications, or other appropriate means.
1.5. Matters not covered by this operational policy shall be governed by the 'Inflinker Terms of Service,' 'Inflinker Privacy Policy,' 'Game Service Operational Policies,' and other relevant laws and regulations.
2. Influencer Application/Selection/Termination
2.1. Inflinker is a sponsorship platform provided by the company for members who broadcast game content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, etc.
2.2. Members who are aged 18 and above and broadcast game content are eligible to apply for the Inflinker sponsorship program, which is provided by the company for participating in the Inflinker Influencer Program for the games serviced by the company.
2.2.1. Users must adhere to the age criteria specified in the game terms and conditions and this operational policy when using Inflinker. They must not impersonate others or use their information (names, platform accounts, etc.). Any liability arising from a violation of this provision rests solely with the user who violated it, and the user is responsible for indemnifying the company for any damages incurred as a result of such violation.
2.2.2. The influencer qualification selected by the company through Inflinker cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party under any circumstances. Even if transferred or assigned, the company will not recognize the transferred or assigned qualification. Additionally, if any attempt to transfer or assign the influencer qualification selected by the company is detected, the company will immediately terminate that qualification, and no compensation will be provided for any resulting damages.
2.2.3. Employees affiliated with the company (including affiliated companies) are prohibited from participating in or using this service. If their spouse or direct relatives misuse information obtained through their employment at the company (including affiliated companies) to unfairly utilize Inflinker, the company will immediately restrict the usage of this service for the user upon discovery and terminate their influencer qualification.
2.3. The company selects suitable applicants as influencers based on internal criteria and issues sponsorship codes to selected members. However, continuous review of influencer qualification may occur even after selection, and qualification may be terminated based on the results. Upon termination of qualification, accrued sponsorship points may be reclaimed.
2.4. Influencers must not engage in activities that violate the operational policies or announcements of each game. If such violations are detected, their influencer qualification may be suspended or terminated. Additionally, if any illegal activities that contravene current laws are discovered, legal action may be taken.
3. Influencer Compensation
3.1. The company provides rewards (hereinafter referred to as 'LK') with designated limits to the influencers selected by the company, based on the completion of quests within the Inflinker platform or sponsorship from supporters.
3.2. One (1) LK has the same value as one (1) VNĐ.
3.3. LK points will expire sequentially after a validity period of 100 days.
3.4. If an influencer obtains and uses earnings through improper methods, such as receiving sponsorships by promising rewards, the company may reclaim the LK and terminate the influencer's qualification.
3.5. The total limit of sponsorship funds that can be earned through completing quests varies by quest. If the sponsorship fund allocated to a specific quest is fully exhausted, no additional sponsorship funds will be credited even if the quest is completed.
3.6. The company may set limits on the accumulation and conversion of reward points as necessary for operational purposes, and this will be communicated on the relevant site.
4. The user’s obligation
4.1. Users must not violate or misuse the terms and conditions, operational policies, or notices related to Inflinker as provided in the game terms and conditions, operational policies, and notices. Violation of these terms may result in measures such as restrictions on game usage and termination of influencer qualification.
4.2. Legal action may be taken if illegal activities that contravene current laws are discovered.
4.3. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using Inflinker:
4.3.1. Impersonating company employees or administrators, or using another person's identity.
4.3.2. The act of using another person's payment method to purchase paid content.
4.3.3. The unauthorized collection, storage, publication, dissemination, or infringement of another person's personal information.
4.3.4. Engaging in or promoting gambling or other gambling-related activities.
4.3.5. Exchanging, posting, or disseminating obscene or indecent information, or engaging in other improper behavior.
4.3.6. Discrimination or derogatory acts against individuals based on disability, region, religion, race, gender, or other characteristics.
4.3.7. Actions that have a negative impact on the company's or game's image or directly damage the image.
4.3.8. The act of using another influencer's account or providing an influencer account to others to participate in influencer events, receive rewards, or engage in activities repeatedly.
4.3.9. The act of selling, transferring, or transferring influencer or supporter accounts among influencers or supporters.
4.3.10. If content violating the operational policies within this service is identified, the company may take necessary actions such as deleting the relevant content.
4.3.11. Any other actions that violate relevant laws, public decency, or social norms.
4.4. Influencers selected by the company must not engage in the following actions when creating or posting related content:
4.4.1. Disparaging or damaging the reputation of the company, its products, its competitors' products, or any third party.
4.4.2. Utterances containing profanity or insults, speeches related to religion or politics, discriminatory remarks, expressions of hatred, sexual remarks, discussions related to drugs or alcohol, or content creation under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
4.4.3. The use of content containing offensive, discriminatory, or sexually suggestive images/videos.
4.4.4. Any other actions that violate current laws or undermine public order and social decency.
4.5. When influencers upload videos exposing sponsorship codes on platforms such as YouTube or conduct live broadcasts, they must adhere to advertising disclosures suitable for each platform.
4.5.1. In case of violation leading to damages for the company, the company reserves the right to terminate the influencer's sponsorship qualification, and the influencer must compensate for all damages incurred by the company..
4.5.2. The company may utilize, free of charge, content created by influencers during sponsorship, specifically videos and creative works related to the company's games (including game titles or hashtags in titles and descriptions), for promotional purposes on secondary creations, official websites, and official social media channels.

This Operation Policy takes effect from the official launch of the Inflinker platform in Vietnam and will continue to be revised and optimized to provide the best experience for all users.
